Of all fare revision, the NEL/ CCL fare revision is the most 荒唐
(unreasonable). If let's say I travel on the NEL/ CCL for more than
6.3km and my total travelling dist is more than 35.2km, I might as
well pay by Single trip ticket.
The diff is a mere 11 - 15 cents.
